High-Performance, Long-Range AP/Bridge Supports Greater Multi-Floor Penetration & Ranges 

With the dual band Wireless N600 ECB600, companies can now offer employees, guests, staff or students more expanded options for users who transfer large files within the network or use other bandwidth intensive applications like streaming HD video. The AP’s Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) port also offers greater bandwidth capacity and faster data transfers through the network. This high-powered Access Point/Bridge with its enhanced receive sensitivity and internal MIMO (Multiple In/Multiple Out) antenna array extends wireless coverage and enhances connectivity to client devices even in areas where connections have been previously challenging or non-existent and in some buildings it’s wireless signal can penetrate up to 3 floors. This makes the ECB600 ideal for extending networks within large or multi-story buildings or expansive, client-intensive facilities like hotels, resorts, hospitals, office buildings, universities or other multi-building campus facilities.  

Expanded User Capacity with Dual Band Wireless N600 Speed

Adds more overall user capacity with 5 GHz frequency band and up to 300 Mbps on both 2.4 and 5 GHz for faster large file transfers and smoother video streaming.

High Power, Long-Range and Multiple Floor Penetration

29 dBm for 2.4GHz, 26 dBm for 5 GHz RF Tx power provides more than twice greater wireless coverage over mainstream competitors and enables the wireless signal to penetrate floors, ceilings and walls for greater device connectivity.

SSID-to-VLAN Tagging

Can be configured to broadcast up to (8) SSIDs (4 SSIDs per frequency band). Each SSID can be tagged to a specified company network VLAN for different user access based on established access rights.

Power-over-Ethernet Option

Supports Power-over-Ethernet (IEEE 802.3at/af) and enables deployment near ceilings, crawlspaces, rafters, high on walls or other areas where power outlets may not be available. Recommended PoE Injector: EnGenius Gigabit EPE5818Gaf (802.3af compliant) option (purchased separately)

Detachable Antennas

Four detachable omni-directional 5 dBi antennas for user upgrade to higher-gain antennas.
